From start to finish RiRi was awesome. My husband and I was interested in a used vehicle we seen on line. We drove to Tifton and meet with RiRi. RiRi showed us the vehicle and my husband test drove it. We decided to purchase the vehicle. RiRi explained everything line by line. The sales manager was awesome as well. First a big rave for our salesman, JB. We’ve had experiences in the past with pushy salesmen who just didn’t listen to what we wanted or needed. JB was just the opposite. He actually listened and tried his best to fulfill our request while being kind and helpful. We never once felt pushed by him. If you need a new car, ask for JB and I’m sure you’ll be just as pleased with him as we were. All the staff that we met were nice and helpful. Now for a small rant. The whole process could be streamlined a bit. 5 1/2 hrs, we felt was a bit too long. Overall, the experience was a good one and JB helped us buy the vehicle we needed.
